· To ensure that best practice is followed in accordance with British Gymnastics recommendations for caring for children.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
· From British Gymnastics to verify membership and insurance.
· From Class for Kids to verify bookings and payment
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide quality service to our members with clear communication.
We may share this information with local safeguarding authorities or law enforcement authorities in some extreme cases to protect children.
